of a new lot, for a total of 2-lots, of a parcel zoned R-2, approximately +/- 1.21 acres.
SITE PLAN APPLICATION, ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
304 Blackman Blvd., Bedford Co. tax records Tax Map 071E Group B Parcel 007.00, Curl Properties, LLC.,
owner. Requesting approval of a 2,400 sqft. accessory building, an appeal approved by
Board of Zoning Appeals on May 14, 2025, permitting review under the C-1, zoning district.
All comments from the Town Planner have been addressed by the site plan submittal made
on 05/14/2025.
