ACH Payments Now Accepted

By paying through ACH, customers will avoid the processing fee charged through credit, debit, and check cards.

Customers who sign up will receive a notice on their bill stating, "ACH - Do not pay." This notice will show how much will be charged to your account on the bill due date, which is the 12th of every month. If the 12th falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge will occur on the next regular business day. To sign up for the ACH services, forms are available at Town Hall or at this link. You will need the form completely filled out and submit a voided check with the form for the bank to process your payment.

Sign up instruction to pay your Wartrace bills online.

  • Fill out the required information, then select "Create my account."

  • Make sure all required fieldsare completed. Make sure the address entered is the address associated with your bill. Once all information is filled out, make sure to click "Update my profile."

  • Enter the payment amount in the box, and then select your payment option.

  • If paying by card, make sure that the address entered in that section is the address associated with the bank.

  • Enter your card information, ensuring the date is entered as a two-digit month and two-digit year and the CCV Code matches the three digit code on the back of your card. Make sure to check the "I have read and accept Terms & Conditions" box before clicking the "Submit Payment" button.

  • Once you have submitted and the payment has gone through, you will see a Payment Successful screen. You will also receive an email with a confirmation number for your records.

  • YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP TWO ACCOUNTS IF YOU PAY ONLINE FOR BOTH WATER/SEWER AND TAXES OR OTHER BILLS.
